Key Responsibilities Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Manage day-to-day site operations, including logistics, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Oversee field personnel, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure quality and productivity. Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, inspections, and testing activities. Maintain project documentation, including reports, timecards, photos, drawings, and RFIs. Support scheduling, preconstruction planning, and ongoing progress updates. Identify and resolve project issues, including discrepancies, scope changes, and unforeseen conditions. Lead meetings, manage punch list completion, and coordinate project closeout activities.
