Pittsburgh, PA Pay:
$100,000 - $140,000 per year
Job Type:
Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Pittsburgh area. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing projects from inception through completion while ensuring schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel Review project plans, specifications, and contracts Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Track project costs and ensure profitability goals are achieved Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Build and maintain strong client relationships Qualifications 5+ years of construction project management experience Experience managing commercial, industrial, or institutional construction projects Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Excellent communication and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management , Engineering, or a related field preferred Benefits Competitive salary Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off and Holidays Bonus Opportunities Professional Development and Growth Opportunities Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resume for confidential consideration.
