Responsibilities/duties include:
Self-motivated and the ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Effectively negotiate with vendors and subcontractors Experienced in writing scopes of work to be utilized for bidding and contract documents Inspect work for quality, quantity and completeness Responsible for overseeing and coordinating after hours Emergency calls to Maintenance Technicians Monitor expenditures, prepare purchase/work orders for approvals and submit justifications for equipment/supplies needed Prepare estimates and takeoffs of new construction projects Oversee operations of all construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work. Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc. Use of Microsoft Applications, Outlook, and other company's specific job management software. Must be computer literate. Candidate must have prior management experience as well as experience and/or knowledge in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry (minimum of 5 years). Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred. Salary negotiable based on experience
