Job Description Lead preconstruction activities from project pursuit through handoff to operations. Develop conceptual and detailed estimates. Prepare and manage project budgets and cost forecasts. Evaluate drawings and specifications for constructability. Coordinate subcontractor pricing and procurement efforts. Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions. Support permit planning and early project development activities. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
