We're searching for a talented and driven Electrical Superintendent to join our team!Your Day-to-Day:
Responsible for the leadership, oversight and management of onsite electrical superintendent / foremen Job involves regular, short notice travel to work sites and providing onsite leadership, job reviews, quality control and safety walks and inspections Assist/train foremen on job reviews to include initial, 25%, 50%,75% and closeout, plus cost to complete budgets and updates. Interact with project managers to address critical needs for job sites to include manpower, material and equipment Assist with the management of foremen and manpower to include regular reviews, projections and forecasting What You'll Bring to theTable:
15-20 years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experience Previous superintendent experience leading foremen and field crews on construction job sites Extensive electrical expertise including new construction and remodel installations, job planning, blueprint reading, conduit installation, wiring, device termination, testing, and troubleshooting Ability to mentor and direct foremen and construction electricians Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and company leadership Ability to efficiently order, receive, and distribute materials on job sites Experience with Procore preferred; strong computer skills including Microsoft Office OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred Valid driver's license required with willingness to travel and work nights, weekends, and overtimeWhy You'll Love Being Here:
