Develop and review moderate to large project estimates and bids , evaluating scope, operational risk, quality requirements, and profitability. Monitor project costs and financial performance weekly and identify potential overruns before they escalate. Conduct jobsite audits and ensure projects meet customer expectations for quality, safety, schedule, and execution. These responsibilities are directly reflected in the client's description, particularly its emphasis on bidding, cost controls, departmental goals, training, field audits, and customer visits. What We're Looking For 5+ years of relevant industrial construction, industrial field service, or project/operations leadership experience. Demonstrated experience supervising field personnel and leading teams. Strong background in mechanical and/or electrical industrial construction . Experience managing multiple projects, crews, schedules, customers, and priorities. Working knowledge of estimating, bidding, project costing, and profitability . Ability to understand project scope, operational risk, labor requirements, and cost performance. Strong understanding of industrial construction safety and jobsite requirements. Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships. Strong leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, and employee-development skills. Trade-level technical knowledge is strongly preferred. The client's formal qualification is somewhat flexible: it calls for demonstrated supervisory experience as a trade service representative or project engineer plus journeyman-level trade expertise, while allowing relevant technical/business education and applicable program or large-project management experience as alternatives.
