We're looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities:

Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously Lead projects from preconstruction through final completion Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and field teams Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Track project costs, forecasts, and overall profitability Partner with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution Build strong client relationships and provide regular project updates Identify risks early and proactively solve problems

Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout Strong knowledge of budgets, scheduling, contracts, and project sequencing Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience using Procore or similar construction management software Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus OSHA 30, PMP, LEED, or other industry certifications are a plus Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed About Company Hazley Commercial Construction is a relationship-driven commercial construction firm based in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
