A Construction Manager manages construction projects from project planning through completion. Manages project budget and schedule; works closely with architects, engineers, trades workers, and clients; supervises construction on site and manages subcontractors; coordinates permits and regulatory compliance as needed for projects.
You've built the schedule, wrangled the subs, and walked the punch list. Now you want more ownership and a company that's actually growing. We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to take full ownership of commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. What you'll own: Multiple commercial projects simultaneously, from planning through final walkthrough Schedules that actually hold, through tight coordination with field ops and subs Client relationships that turn into repeat business Risk, documentation, and the dozens of moving parts that separate a smooth project from a chaotic one You're a fit if you: Have solid commercial construction PM experience and know your way around a preconstruction process Solve problems before they become five-alarm fires Communicate clearly with clients, subs, and field teams, and know how to read a room Want a growing company where your results are visible and your career has room to move Hazley Commercial Construction is scaling, and we need PMs who want to grow with us.
