Job Responsibilities:
Read and comprehend blueprints. Compile project estimates. Find and qualify new subcontractors for bid and selection process. Develop scope of work documents/bid packages for subcontractors. Qualify sub-contractor bids/execute sub-contractor contracts. Plan and schedule projects to optimize timelines and resources. Maintain clear communication daily with clients. Collaborate with site supervisors and building inspectors. Manage budget and cost-control on projects. Manage multiple projects concurrently.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 7 years' Project Management experience on interior renovations. Minimum 7 years' construction industry experience. College degree in construction management or engineering a plus. Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong leadership qualities to foster collaboration among team members in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
