Full-Time MPT/Traffic Foreperson
  • What Will You Do?

  • Assist in multiple aspects of road jobs across the Allentown Area.
Lead and direct people, equipment and resources in the construction of roads. Ensure sufficient deployment and productivity of work crews. Engage in open communication with the Superintendent and Project Managers and report any issues which could affect the project plan. Work as a team member and leader to carry prep sites for paving work and/or set traffic patterns. Identify and execute best practices concerning the efficient use of construction materials. Review and adhere to construction schedules, ensuring milestones and completion dates are met. Read and interpret project plans and specifications.   • Who Are We Looking For? 3 to 5 years' experience as a Prep or MPT foreman NECEPT certification is a plus. Able to collaborate and communicate across the business. Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn. Team Mindset
