This individual will serve as the designated Qualifying Party for the company's Nevada contractor license and provide technical oversight for carpentry, maintenance, and minor repair operations across residential and light commercial projects. This is a key leadership compliance role suited for a seasoned construction professional with a strong understanding of Nevada State Contractors Board (NSCB) regulations and the ability to ensure full regulatory compliance, quality control, and operational integrity across all C-3 scope of work. Key Responsibilities Serve as the designated Qualifying Individual for the company's Nevada C-3 Carpentry, Maintenance & Minor Repairs Contractor License and a Ensure all work performed under the license complies with NSCB regulations, applicable building codes, and safety standards. Provide technical oversight and support in establishing and maintaining construction standards, procedures, and best practices. Support contractor license maintenance, renewals, audits, and all communications with the Nevada State Contractors Board. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety requirements and internal company safety policies. Collaborate with leadership to support project execution, operational efficiency, and quality assurance initiatives. Qualifications Must hold an active Nevada C-3 Contractor's License Must be eligible and willing to serve as the Qualifying Individual for a Nevada contractor license (C-3 classification or equivalent scope). Preferably with B-2 Residential and Small Commercial License as well. Minimum of 4 years of full-time journeyman-level (or higher) experience within the last 10 years. Successful completion of the required trade exam and Construction Management Survey (CMS) exam. Experience in doors and windows is preferred but not required.

Strong knowledge of Nevada construction laws, NSCB regulations, and applicable building codes. Solid understanding of carpentry methods, maintenance procedures, repair techniques, and general construction practices. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills preferred. Compensation
