Job Summary We are seeking an organized, dependable, and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to join our growing team on a part-time basis. Internally, we refer to this position as our Project Integrator because this role connects all the moving pieces that keep our residential construction projects moving forward. In this role, you will serve as the central hub for coordinating projects from signed contract through project completion and warranty. You will work closely with our Sales Team, Project Managers, homeowners, municipalities, engineers, suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors, and inspectors to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. This position assists with preconstruction, permitting, procurement, project expediting, customer communication, project documentation, site verification, and warranty coordination.

  • Residential, Agricultural & Commercial Steel Buildings Duties Coordinate residential construction projects from signed contract through warranty completion.
Assist Project Managers and Sales Consultants with project scheduling and coordination. Coordinate permits, engineering, surveys, utility applications, inspections, and municipal approvals. Communicate with homeowners, municipalities, inspectors, engineers, suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors. Follow up on permits, material orders, deliveries, contractor schedules, and outstanding project items. Track material orders, expected delivery dates, and supplier updates. Help expedite projects by identifying delays and ensuring projects continue moving forward. Schedule inspections, subcontractors, deliveries, and project meetings. Maintain project files, documentation, schedules, customer communications, and project checklists. Coordinate warranty requests by documenting concerns, communicating with homeowners, assigning work orders, and tracking completion. Visit construction sites to verify progress, take photographs, document project status, and communicate updates to the Project Manager. Assist in developing and improving company systems, checklists, and operational procedures. Work Schedule Part-Time Approximately 20 hours per week Monday through Friday Approximately 4 hours per day Flexible daily schedule Work Location This is a hybrid position consisting of approximately: 70% Remote (Work From Home) 15% Office (Slinger or Lisbon, Wisconsin) 15% Field visits to construction sites, municipalities, suppliers, and project meetings A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Experience Previous experience in construction, project coordination, office administration, purchasing, scheduling, operations, customer service, real estate, or property management is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, municipalities, and subcontractors. Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to the team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets, and cloud-based software. Willingness to learn construction terminology, permitting processes, and project management systems. Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Construction experience is helpful .
