About the Role We are seeking a motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager/Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a construction professional who can quickly take ownership of projects, integrate into a collaborative, fast-paced environment, build strong relationships, and help drive projects forward with minimal oversight. The successful candidate will have experience managing construction projects from planning through completion, including ground-up builds, renovations, and facility refreshes. Experience in veterinary or specialty commercial projects is a plus. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from pre-construction through closeout. Coordinate project schedules, budgets, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues. Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation. Facilitate communication between owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams. Track project costs and assist with budget management and reporting. Conduct virtual and on-site project meetings as needed. Support permitting, procurement, and construction administration activities. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership and clients. Qualifications 2+ years of construction project management experience Demonstrated experience with the following: Ground-up new construction projects Facility refreshes and remodels Occupied-space or active renovation projects Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team. Proficiency with project management and construction software platforms. Understanding of construction drawings, contracts, schedules, and budgets. Willingness to travel periodically to project sites. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction project management, engineering, architecture, or a related field. Experience working in a client-facing consulting or owner's representative role.
