Job Description Target Hospitality seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead full-cycle delivery of remote workforce housing and hospitality lodging projects. In this fast-paced, field-focused role, you will manage budgets, schedules, contractors, and safety to build turnkey accommodations for energy, government, and corporate clients. Responsibilities include site planning, subcontractor oversight, logistics coordination, and quality control. You will collaborate closely with operations and hospitality teams to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget projects that meet strict client and regulatory standards in challenging environments. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction of workforce housing and hospitality facilities in remote locations. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to meet financial targets. Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and milestones. Select, contract, and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite crews. Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with operations, hospitality, and logistics teams to align build-out with client requirements. Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reporting to stakeholders. Mitigate project risks, resolve field issues, and drive timely problem-solving. Manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages.
