• Full Time CPF Construction Group is seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager / Estimator to join our team in South Florida.

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, knowledgeable in construction, and capable of managing projects from estimating and pre-construction through completion. This position will work directly with our team, subcontractors, vendors, clients, architects/engineers, and local building departments to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities Review architectural, structural, MEP, and construction plans Perform material and labor takeoffs Obtain and compare subcontractor/vendor pricing Coordinate and manage multiple active construction projects Schedule subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and project milestones Monitor project budgets, costs, change orders, and schedules Conduct site visits and track construction progress Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and inspectors Identify potential project issues and help resolve them before they cause delays Assist with permitting, plan revisions, RFIs, and inspection coordination Maintain organized project documentation and records Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, applicable codes, and project requirements Qualifications Previous experience in construction project management and/or estimating Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial construction Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Experience preparing estimates and construction scopes Knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and inspections Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable using computers, email, PDFs, spreadsheets, and construction/project-management software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job-site visits South Florida construction experience preferred Knowledge of Florida permitting and building departments is a plus
