A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

This person would report oversee a key segment of their retail and industrial portfolio. This person would run $5M-$7M in tenant improvements annually, and would have a direct line to leadership, ownership of all negotiated projects, and a projected annual bonus between $15K-25K.
