The Role We're looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of high-end residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest level of quality. You will work closely with ownership, field leadership, and clients, and are expected to operate with a high level of accountability and ownership. Key Responsibilities Own and manage project budgets from start to finish Develop and maintain project schedules with the Superintendent Lead subcontractor bidding, scope review, and contract execution Manage subcontractor performance, payments, and compliance Coordinate with clients, architects, and consultants Oversee material procurement, tracking, and cost control Maintain all project documentation and reporting Lead project closeout including punch lists, warranties, and turnover Qualifications 5-10+ years in construction project management High-end residential experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making ability Ability to manage multiple moving parts under pressure Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, etc.) Why Join Us High level of ownership and autonomy Work on architecturally significant homes Tight-knit, high-performing team Opportunity to grow with a respected builder About Us We're a small, hands-on builder known for delivering high-end residential projects with exceptional attention to detail. Pay:

$115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
