Lead Teams. Create an Exceptional Client Experience. At Lancon Design & Development, our Project Managers are the operational owners of our landscape construction projects—from project handoff through final walkthrough and closeout. We're looking for a hands-on, organized, proactive leader who can manage multiple projects, communicate confidently with clients and crews, anticipate what's coming next, and take ownership when challenges arise. What You'll Do Own assigned projects from preconstruction through completion and closeout Review project plans, contracts, designs, materials, specifications, and client expectations Develop and manage project schedules, sequencing, crews, trades, materials, and equipment Spend the majority of your time in the field providing leadership and ensuring projects stay on track Coordinate crews, subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics Maintain high standards for workmanship, quality, safety, and jobsite presentation Serve as the primary client connection during construction Provide clear, proactive communication and keep clients informed throughout the project Identify potential delays, conflicts, or scope issues early and develop solutions Recognize and properly manage changes to project scope Maintain accurate project documentation, daily logs, progress photos, and project notes Conduct project walkthroughs, manage punch lists, and ensure successful project closeout Escalate significant issues appropriately and follow problems through to resolution What Success Looks Like A successful
