Duties Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of outdoor living construction projects, including patios, turf, landscaping, and custom features. Manage project budgets by estimating costs accurately with construction estimating tools, monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to facilitate clear communication and smooth project progression.
