Summary:
An established and growing construction management organization is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial building projects in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly collaborative team delivering a mix of commercial projects Working in a Construction Management capacity, you will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout while serving as a trusted partner to clients, design teams, and contractors. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, typically three days in the office and two days remote. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:- Leading commercial construction projects from planning through completion
- Managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
- Reviewing project progress and proactively resolving cost, schedule, and quality issues
- Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation
- Supporting preconstruction, procurement, and contractor selection activities The Senior Project Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- 10+ years of construction project management experience
- Background with a General Contractor, Construction Manager, Design-Build firm, or Owner's Representative preferred
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control
