About Our Client Our client is a growing commercial construction and project management organisation specialising in large-scale retail and commercial projects across the United States. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a highly experienced construction leader who can balance project execution with team development, operational improvements, and leadership responsibilities. Job Description Manage national retail and commercial construction projects from planning through completion. Mentor and develop Project Managers and Project Coordinators. Improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency. Establish project governance, accountability, and best practices. Support field teams in resolving complex construction challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and industry partners. Collaborate with leadership to support business growth initiatives. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Established subcontractor and industry relationships across multiple markets. Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Experience implementing new processes and driving continuous improvement. Senior-level construction project management experience. National retail and commercial construction expertise. Project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management. Subcontractor management and vendor coordination. Construction operations leadership. Process improvement and organisational development experience. Team mentoring and leadership development capabilities. Construction management technology proficiency.
