A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

This company's bread and butter has historically been complex remodels, but they are looking for someone with ground-up experience to help expand their delivery capability. This person would be an instrumental part of growing a new ground-up division for the company, and would be afforded all the resources and growth opportunity to do so. They would have a direct line to leadership, ownership of all negotiated projects, a projected annual bonus between $15K-25K, WFH flexibility and 100% coverage of health insurance premiums.
