This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, crews, suppliers, and company executives, to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in managing drywall repairs, coordinating field operations, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination Supervise multiple drywall repair projects simultaneously from start through completion. Create daily schedules and coordinate labor, equipment, and materials. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary. Review employee timecards and subcontractor invoices. Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project. Provide regular updates regarding project status, timelines, and any changes. Address customer concerns and resolve project-related issues promptly. Maintain strong client relationships to support customer satisfaction and repeat business. Field Operations Management Conduct site visits to verify quality, safety, and progress. Ensure projects comply with company standards, and customer specifications. Support crews by resolving field challenges and removing obstacles that impact production. Budget & Cost Control Review project budgets, labor costs, equipment usage, and material expenses. Review and approve vendor invoices. Review change orders and communicate cost impacts to customers and management. Required High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of crew supervision in drywall or residential construction. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to multi task with communication between employees and customers. Drywall taping and finishing experience would be helpful. Being bilingual in English and Spanish would be helpful. Valid drivers license, good driving record, reliable and insured vehicle.
