In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development, coordination, and implementation of VDC processes to enhance project efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration across construction teams. Your expertise will drive innovative solutions, ensure quality standards are met, and facilitate seamless integration of digital models into construction workflows. Duties Lead the development and execution of VDC strategies aligned with project goals and client expectations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate model integration and data sharing. Oversee the creation, review, and management of 3D models, clash detection reports, and constructability analyses to identify potential issues early. Implement quality control procedures for digital models, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project specifications. Manage the deployment of VDC tools and software, providing training and support to project teams for effective utilization. Monitor project progress through digital models, tracking changes, updates, and ensuring alignment with construction schedules. Collaborate on construction site activities by providing real-time digital insights that optimize workflows and reduce rework. Maintain comprehensive documentation of VDC processes, model revisions, and inspection reports to support project audits and quality assurance. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in VDC or BIM coordination. Demonstrated expertise in construction estimating, quality control, and construction inspection processes. Solid understanding of construction site operations combined with electrical experience is highly desirable. Extensive knowledge of construction software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD or similar platforms. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams effectively. Excellent communication skills for coordinating between design teams, field personnel, and clients.
