Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Review the contract and contract documents and confirm the budget setup and project milestones. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in construction project management within the steel industry of construction. Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred (experience will be taken into consideration in lieu of degree). Effectively manages and prioritizes tasks/projects with attention to deadlines. Expert ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings. Proficient in Bluebeam, Procure, Microsoft Office and Excel. Organizational skills that enable efficient scope management, time management, budgeting, and risk mitigation across multiple projects simultaneously. High degree of familiarity with contract documents, terms , and conditions. Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
