This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong project management skills and has experience in Structural Steel and Miscellaneous Metals within the construction industry. The Construction Project Manager is expected to lead, direct and coordinate the day-to-day management of the project to completion and on budget. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Review the contract and contract documents and confirm the budget setup and project milestones. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and allocate the necessary tools and equipment are in place prior to the beginning of each project. Obtain required permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites. Implement the timeliness of material procurement, submittal process, and critical path. Communicate effectively with the contractors, engineers, architects, and other trades when necessary. Managing client relations and providing exceptional service. Manage budget, cost control, billing and Change order management. Reporting project status to management team. Work in a fast paced environment to deliver on-time, in-budget, safety, and quality. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in construction project management within the steel industry of construction. Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred (experience will be taken into consideration in lieu of degree). Effectively manages and prioritizes tasks/projects with attention to deadlines. Expert ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings. Proficient in Bluebeam, Procure, Microsoft Office and Excel. Organizational skills that enable efficient scope management, time management, budgeting, and risk mitigation across multiple projects simultaneously. High degree of familiarity with contract documents, terms , and conditions. Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
