The ideal candidate will have previous office experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Account Payable-reviewing and entering invoices. Process Purchase Orders. Reconcile credit card account. Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence. Utilize Sage Accounting for bookkeeping tasks and financial record-keeping as needed. Faxing, scanning, photocopying, printing. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents. Special projects as assigned. Support the construction team with administrative tasks to keep projects running smoothly. Arrange for office equipment maintenance. Organizing, filing both electronically and physically. Basic qualifications Proven experience in Accounts Payable/Administrative Assistance roles or similar positions. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent:
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred qualifications Knowledge of basic accounting. Familiarity with bookkeeping practices is an advantage. Previous administrative assistant experience is beneficial.
