CONTRACT SUPERINTENDENT POSITION A

long time Akron General Contractor is seeking a Superintendent to join their team for a Project-Based position in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for 6-9 months of work with skills in Commercial Construction. Superintendent Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent B.S. in a Construction related degree is preferred, but other applicants with equivalent experience will also be considered Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations with a proven history of upholding those policies and procedures Ability to supervise Field Employees and Subcontractors on a project Extensive knowledge in construction processes that aid in completing projects on time and within budget
