Collaborate with Project Managers, supervisors, and business development teams to advance projects, develop proposals, and maintain an efficient project pipeline. Responsibilities Lead and support preconstruction activities for multiple projects, including design coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and estimating. Apply design-build experience during the preconstruction and/or project management phase to coordinate design, construction planning, and project delivery. Collaborate with clients, designers, and internal teams to understand project requirements and develop execution strategies. Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, construction risks, and budget impacts. Prepare conceptual and detailed cost estimates, technical proposals, and project schedules. Manage bid documents, evaluate subcontractor proposals, and perform bid analysis. Identify value engineering opportunities and alternative solutions. Support business development through proposal preparation and opportunity management. Maintain client relationships and contribute to continuous process improvement. Mentor and support junior preconstruction staff and project team members. Qualifications & Experience Approximately 4-7 years of experience in preconstruction, project management, or a related construction role.

Required:

Design-build experience in a Project Management and/or Preconstruction capacity. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, and project delivery. Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple project stakeholders. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to mentor team members and manage projects of varying size and complexity.
