$130,000

•160,000 base + vehicle allowance + bonus Exciting opportunity for an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join an established General Contractor in Columbia, South Carolina, delivering projects across a wide variety of different types of commercial construction. The company delivers a significant amount of negotiated work alongside some hard-bid projects. The Preconstruction Manager will work closely with the VP of Preconstruction, taking a lead role throughout the preconstruction and estimating process while also helping to mentor and develop junior estimators within the team. Requirements Minimum 3 years' estimating/preconstruction experience with a commercial General Contractor Experience with negotiated and/or hard-bid work Proven ability to independently prepare complete estimates, including quantity takeoffs, subcontractor/vendor pricing, scope review, bid leveling, and final estimate preparation Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to confidently lead preconstruction meetings, present estimates, discuss budgets, and build relationships with owners and project stakeholders Ability to mentor and support junior estimators Compensation & Benefits $130,000

•160,000 base salary Annual bonus 3 weeks PTO + paid holidays 401(k) with up to 4% company match Health, dental and vision coverage

•75% $750 monthly vehicle allowance, increasing to $1000 after 6 months Relocation package available if relocating for the role Strong opportunities for career development and progression INDH
