Full-Time Your day, your impact By 7:00 a.m., you've walked the site, aligned the crew on safety priorities, and verified materials are staged for the day's installations. By mid-morning, you're reviewing redlines with engineers, clearing RFIs, and keeping the schedule intact. Afternoon brings progress checks with project managers and subcontractors, course-correcting where needed to protect quality and budget. As the sun sets, your reports are in, the site is secure, and tomorrow's plan is locked. That's a day in the life when you're steering complex, multi million dollar industrial electrical projects to a flawless finish. What you will lead Full on site oversight for large industrial electrical builds, from mobilization through closeout. Hands on leadership and mentoring of field teams to drive safety excellence, technical precision, and productivity. Daily coordination with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to uphold schedule and budget commitments. Interpretation and enforcement of drawings, specifications, and codes (including NEC) to ensure zero defect execution. Strategic management of labor, equipment, and materials to reduce downtime and maximize efficiency. Routine site inspections, safety meetings, and clear progress reporting. Travel to job sites as needed to provide direct oversight and support. Ongoing coaching of field personnel to sustain quality and output standards. What you bring 15+ years of experience as an Industrial Project Manager or Superintendent. A consistent record of career stability, typically 3-5 years with each previous employer. Deep experience in industrial electrical construction across environments such as manufacturing plants, power facilities, refineries, or similar heavy industrial settings. Comprehensive knowledge of industrial electrical systems, NEC codes, and construction best practices. Proven leadership that motivates diverse teams and elevates performance. Strong, proactive problem solving skills. Demonstrated success managing multi million dollar projects and large field crews. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (company truck provided). Compensation & benefitsSalary:
$150,000 - $200,000 annually, based on experiencePer Diem:
$120 - $140 per day on every job, scaled by travel distanceCompany Truck:
