Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Building Specialist and bring the vision of luxurious, expertly crafted pools to life! This energetic role combines craftsmanship with customer service, allowing you to create stunning aquatic retreats for clients while working in a vibrant, team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for constructing high-quality pools from start to finish, ensuring each project exceeds expectations and meets safety standards. Duties Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand design specifications and project timelines Excavate sites and prepare foundations for pool installation with precision and safety in mind Assemble and install pool structures, including frameworks, liners, plumbing, and electrical components Manage materials inventory and handle all aspects of equipment setup and maintenance Oversee quality control during construction phases to ensure durability and adherence to safety regulations Coordinate with subcontractors and team members to maintain workflow efficiency and resolve on-site issues promptly Conduct final inspections, clean-up, and client walkthroughs to ensure complete satisfaction before project completion Experience Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or specialized pool building preferred Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and water chemistry related to pools is highly desirable Familiarity with construction safety protocols and OSHA standards Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to on-site challenges Excellent communication skills for working with clients, team members, and vendors Experience working with children or in hospitality settings is a plus for engaging with family-oriented clients Lifeguard experience or certifications are beneficial for understanding water safety standards Join us in creating beautiful aquatic environments that bring joy and relaxation!
