Job Description
Operations Manager - Electrical Construction Atlantic Electric, LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee electrical construction project operations and support the successful execution of complex commercial and industrial projects. This is a hands-on, in-office position focused exclusively on project operations and execution. This is not a business development or business-scaling position. The Operations Manager will work within Atlantic Electric's existing structure, systems, and processes while providing technical and operational support to project managers, superintendents, foremen, and field personnel.

Non-remote Visa sponsorship is not available Primary Responsibilities Oversee the operational execution of assigned electrical construction projects. Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting support to project managers and field personnel. Regularly visit jobsites and work directly with superintendents, foremen, electricians, owners, and project teams. Review project plans, specifications, schedules, budgets, and installation requirements. Support project planning, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, forecasting, and closeout. Monitor project-specific financial performance, including estimates, job breakdowns, cost projections, gain/fade, underbillings, overbillings, and cash position. Identify operational risks, production issues, and technical challenges before they negatively affect project performance. Promote accountability, coordination, safety, quality, and timely decision-making across project teams. Assist with resolving field, scheduling, manpower, material, and installation challenges. Support the development of project managers and field leaders through coaching and mentorship. Protect the reputation of Atlantic Electric through professional conduct and reliable project execution. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required. Significant electrical construction experience in complex commercial or industrial projects. Demonstrated experience with technically demanding projects, including water treatment facilities valued at $30 million or more. Strong understanding of electrical installation methods, equipment, systems, code requirements, testing, and troubleshooting. Ability to interpret and apply construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract requirements. Experience understanding and managing project financials and project-level profit and loss. Ability and willingness to regularly walk jobsites and provide hands-on support to field personnel. Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively within established company systems and processes. A low-ego, team-oriented approach to leadership and problem-solving. Airport, airfield lighting, water treatment or other specialized electrical construction experience is required.
