SERVPRO of Spartanburg is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Manager to lead our reconstruction operations and help drive projects from initial scope through successful completion. We are looking for a hands-on leader who understands the restoration and reconstruction industry, knows how to build and manage estimates, and can lead a team while maintaining high standards for production, customer service, and profitability. This is a non-negotiable qualification for the position. What You'll Do Manage reconstruction projects from initial scope through completion Prepare, review, and manage detailed estimates using Xactimate Oversee project budgets, costs, schedules, and profitability Coordinate with customers, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Lead, coach, and hold reconstruction staff accountable for performance and productivity Review project scopes and ensure work is completed according to specifications Monitor job progress, identify issues, and implement solutions quickly Maintain accurate project documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards Assist with hiring, training, performance management, and development of reconstruction team members Help develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices

What We're Looking For Required:

Previous management or supervisory experience Hands-on Xactimate experience —

REQUIRED

Construction estimating experience —

REQUIRED

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, labor, and project costs Ability to read and understand scopes of work and construction documentation Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer-service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions independently

Preferred:

Previous experience in the restoration/reconstruction industry Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters IICRC certifications Experience managing residential and/or commercial reconstruction projects Experience with job management and estimating software Why Join SERVPRO?
