This is a fast-paced, field-based role supporting multiple client locations while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting a safe and productive work environment. Friday:
8am to 5pm Weekends as needed Location Brookings, SD Responsibilities Support daily operations across multiple client locations. Conduct regular job site visits to monitor attendance, quality, and compliance. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, supervisors, HR, and subcontractors. Assist with onboarding, orientation, and follow-up for new subcontractors. Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures. Address employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues professionally and promptly. Communicate staffing needs, performance updates, and operational concerns with clients and internal management. Monitor workforce attendance, performance, and engagement. Complete reports and maintain accurate documentation. Identify operational challenges proactively and implement effective solutions. Represent CDR ProSource professionally at all client locations. Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience or the ability to lead by example. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable traveling between job sites. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
