Job Description
A growing and highly respected design-build general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team due to continued growth and a strong backlog of work. This company specializes in wood-framed multifamily, senior living, student housing, and commercial construction projects throughout the Midwest. With a collaborative culture, strong leadership team, and consistent project pipeline, this is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking for stability, advancement, and project diversity. Responsibilities Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams Monitor project progress and ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence Handle contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships Identify and proactively resolve project challenges Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction Experience with multifamily, senior living, student housing, or commercial projects preferred Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract management Excellent communication and leadership skills Design-build experience is a plus Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred Why This Opportunity?
