$60 Ground-Up Mission Critical Hangar builds and runway lighting and paving, Airfield, Runway & Hangars Ground-Up Ellsworth AFB, Rapid City, SD Ellsworth Air Force Base has been named the U.S. Air Force's first main operating base for the B-21 Raider — the most advanced stealth bomber ever built — and is undergoing a historic, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure buildout to support it. We're looking for a Federal Construction Superintendent to lead and be part of a $30M ground-up "Mission-Critical" Hangar build, plus runway lighting and paving, at one of the most consequential active-duty bases in the country. This isn't another retail box or office park — it's a marquee project few Superintendents ever get the chance to lead, on a program positioned to run for years in one of construction's most stable, well-funded sectors. What You'll Bring 10+ years of federal construction experience 5+ years as a Superintendent leading projects start to finish Experience managing projects over $30 million Ground-up, renovation, and occupied-facility experience Experience with Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods Previous airfield and hangar construction experience Experience on secure facilities, SCIFs, healthcare, aviation, or military facilities is highly desirable Certifications
