Job DescriptionThe purpose of this job is to oversee the direction, coordination, and completion of facility development and remodel projects from inception to construction completion while adhering to critical plan submittal deadlines.

Manage complex new construction, facility remodel, majormaintenance, dealer conversion, and catastrophic damage projects upto point of construction start with no supervision.

Interface with governing agencies to assess entitlement, permitting, andzoning requirements.

Arrange and assess civil design, geotechnical, and environmentalinvestigations and provide cost effective direction to consultants basedon assessment findings.

Layout new property and collaborate with Design team to completecivil, fuel, and architectural packages.

Review design details with consultant team, Operations, and Executivemanagement teamEstablish and monitor project budgets.

Support construction team in contractor bid process and/or bid projectsto appropriate contractors.

Coordinate equipment purchases including quote solicitation, obtainingpurchase orders, and scheduling deliveries.

Present projects to government agencies and residents whenappropriate; field and respond to arguments against companydevelopment initiatives.

Participate in property negotiations when appropriate.

Coordinate utility connections for new sites with appropriate providers.

No limit of value of projects managed.

Take the lead on property related legal matters such as right of waytakings and easements.

Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensureguests and team members are supported at the highest level.

Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies,and procedures.

Complete other duties as assigned.
