Contract Role NOTE:

MUST submit candidates that come from the Construction Background.

•

Operational Hours:

shall be on-site from 08:00 until sundown, or until the third-party contractor has demobilized for the day.

•

On-Site Presence:

Maintain a physical presence at designated construction sites; introduce personnel to Store Management as "Contractors supporting Project".

•

Active Observation:

Perform circuits every 30 minutes to track real-time vendor progress.

•

Milestone Verification:

Confirm 100% completion of tasks in the Site Pre-Launch Checklist.

• The "Two-Photo"

Rule:

For every milestone, provide a Wide Angle (contextual view) and a Detail photo (technical quality).

• This will require a phone with clear photo capabilities and the ability to email to a client employee at the end of each day.

Discrepancy Management:

Categorize and log issues as Type 1 (Cosmetic), Type 2 (Incomplete), or Type 3 (Critical).

• The Contractor shall provide coverage for all sites within a 20 to 50-mile radius of the designated Metro hub. This radius encompasses the primary city and all surrounding municipalities.

•

Regional Examples:

Personnel assigned to the Atlanta Metro are expected to cover the city center as well as surrounding towns including, but not limited to, Woodstock, Loganville, and Conyers.

•

Mobilization:

Travel within this 50-mile radius is considered a standard operational requirement.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
