Clean House 4 U is an established residential and property turnover cleaning service based in Memphis, TN.

We are looking for dependable, detail driven professionals for immediate Contract-to-Hire roles with a direct pathway into permanent W-2 employment.

Position Overview:

This position begins as a 30-day Contract-to-Hire evaluation. During this initial contract period, candidates work directly on assigned turnover cleans, deep clean projects, and residential maintenance routes. Cleaners who maintain excellent attendance, high cleaning quality scores, and positive client feedback will be converted directly to permanent W-2 staff with an automatic wage increase. All professional cleaning equipment, microfiber supplies, spin mops, commercial chemicals, and PPE are provided on-site by Clean House 4 U.

Pay & Compensation Structure:

Tier 1: Field Specialist (Owns Personal Vehicle with Active insurance in their name) -

Starting Contract Rate:

$18.00/hr during 30-day evaluation - W-2

Conversion Rate:

$20.00/hr upon successful permanent transition -

Solo Dispatch Rate:

$25.00/hr for designated solo jobs -

Specialty Restoration Cleans:

Up to $35.00/hr for designated heavy restoration projects Tier 2: Field Specialist (Uses Transit, Ride-Share, or Drop-Off) -

Starting Contract Rate:

$15.50/hr during 30-day evaluation - W-2

Conversion Rate:

$17.00/hr upon successful permanent transition - Must have 'verifiable' personal transit arrangements to arrive directly at scheduled Memphis job Hub - Eligible to move to Tier 1 pay immediately if personal vehicle access, with Active insurance in their name , is obtained.

Core Responsibilities:

Travel directly to scheduled turnover and residential properties throughout Memphis on time. Execute detailed, room-by-room turnover cleaning across kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms. Sanitize all high-touch surfaces, counters, fixtures, sinks, tubs, and toilets. Dust ceiling fans, blinds, baseboards, vents, and fixtures. Vacuum carpets and damp-mop hard surface floors with company microfiber spin systems. Remove trash and debris, replacing liners according to site rules. Note and report pre-existing damage, hazards, or inventory shortages to leadership immediately.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1+ years of professional cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or property turnover experience preferred. Reliable transportation to get yourself directly to job sites across Memphis on time every workday. Must pass a standard pre-employment criminal background check. Must be authorized to work in the United States (Form I-9 identity verification required upon permanent conversion).
