The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. This individual will oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractor coordination, client relationships, and overall project performance to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.

Project Planning & ManagementLead projects from contract award through final completion and owner turnover.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

Coordinate preconstruction activities, permitting, procurement, and project startup.

Ensure project objectives and milestones are achieved.

Financial ManagementPrepare and manage project budgets and cost forecasts.

Review and approve subcontractor pay applications and vendor invoices.

Track project costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

Manage change orders and contract modifications.

Support monthly project financial reporting and forecasting.
