Strong project backlog with clear advancement opportunities Family-oriented culture where employees are valued long term About Our Client An established and rapidly growing commercial construction contractor is seeking an Project Manager to support the delivery of a strong pipeline of ground-up and renovation projects. Job Description Manage project submittals from initial receipt through approval. Coordinate and track Requests for Information (RFIs). Support project closeout activities and turnover documentation. Maintain project records and document control systems. Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project operations. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Support schedule execution and overall project delivery objectives. Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, or Project Manager. Knowledge of submittals, Requests for Information, project documentation, and closeout procedures. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams. Stable work history with strong tenure. Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software preferred. Municipal, educational, institutional, or commercial construction experience is a plus. Self-motivated individual with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. What's on Offer Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
