Job Description Lead industrial and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost-to-complete reporting. Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and change order management. Coordinate Requests for Information, submittals, and design documentation. Serve as the primary client contact and lead project meetings. Partner with field leadership to drive safety, quality, and schedule performance. Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers while supporting team development. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of Project Management experience within industrial or commercial construction. Experience managing projects ranging from approximately $5M to $30M+. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and project controls. Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting, pay applications, and change orders. Experience leading subcontractor procurement and buyout activities. Strong understanding of scheduling and project logistics. Proficiency with construction management software such as CMiC, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. A collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to project delivery.
