What to Expect As a Construction Project Manager on Tesla's Industrial Construction team, you will own construction execution across some of the most ambitious materials refining and process plants being built in America. You will lead a discipline or process area from mobilization through mechanical completion and commissioning handover, with full accountability for schedule, budget, safety, and quality. Whether your background is civil, structural, mechanical, piping, fabrication, electrical, instrumentation, or process construction, you will drive field execution in a fast-paced, multi-contractor environment and collaborate cross-functionally with design, executive stakeholders, and process technology operations departments to deliver projects on schedule within budget.
