In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all phases of construction, managing project teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, scheduling, cost control, and team leadership will drive project success and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software; coordinate construction schedule activities across teams. Manage project budgets through cost estimation, tracking, and financial reporting; oversee procurement processes and contract negotiations. Supervise construction teams on-site, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work progresses according to plans. Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications; ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Utilize construction management tools such as ProCore, Prolog, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office for documentation, reporting, and communication. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project execution. Monitor project progress regularly; identify potential delays or issues early and implement corrective actions. Ensure all construction activities meet regulatory standards for safety and environmental compliance. Manage change orders, contractual obligations, and project documentation to maintain transparency and accountability. Requirements Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or infrastructure construction projects with a strong track record of successful delivery. Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project; proficient in project management tools like ProCore or Prolog. Strong understanding of construction estimating, cost management, contracts, blueprint reading, and regulatory compliance. Hands-on experience with construction site operations including safety protocols and quality assurance practices. Ability to lead diverse teams effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with civil engineering software such as Civil 3D; experience managing complex infrastructure projects preferred. Excellent communication skills for clear coordination among stakeholders; adept at managing project timelines and budgets with precision. Relevant certifications in construction management or related fields are highly desirable (e.g., PMP).
