Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Superintendent to lead onsite electrical operations for large-scale industrial and commercial projects. This is a long-term opportunity with strong career growth potential. Candidates must have full-cycle Electrical Superintendent experience from project start through closeout. 10+ years of experience is required. Nationwide travel is required. Your first assignment could be anywhere in the nation. Compensation & Benefits $145,000 - $200,000+ base salary (depending on experience) Company truck provided Project-based bonuses Per diem for all travel assignments Trips home every 2-3 weeks Full benefits package, including: Medical Dental Vision 401(k) Responsibilities Oversee all electrical scopes of work, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence Coordinate daily with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project management teams Manage installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems Enforce safety protocols, site compliance, and company standards Lead project meetings, maintain daily logs, and deliver progress reporting Ensure proper sequencing with mechanical and other trades to avoid delays Qualifications Minimum 10 years of electrical supervision experience on large commercial or industrial projects Must have full-cycle Electrical Superintendent experience (ground-up through turnover) Experience managing projects valued at $25M+ Industrial plant manufacturing project experience required Data Center experience is a major plus Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical coordination, and construction sequencing Proven leadership ability managing crews and subcontractors OSHA 30 required Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Company truck or vehicle allowance Full benefits package Long-term project stability with opportunities for advancement Nationwide Travel Required Nationwide travel is required.
