As one of the nation's largest electrical subcontractors with an expanding HVAC division, we are looking for an experienced HVAC Superintendent to join our team in Grapevine, TX. Responsibilities Oversee scheduling, installation, inspections, and punch phases of residential HVAC projects Manage daily field operations, including technicians, helpers, and subcontractors Coordinate equipment commissioning and warranty repairs Ensure quality control and compliance with local codes and regulations Maintain strong relationships with builders, trades, and inspectors Prepare material take-offs and complete job documentation accurately and on time Qualifications & Requirements 2-4 years of experience in new construction residential HVAC Tradesman License (required); EPA Certification (preferred)

Valid Driver's License Skills:

Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Strong communication skills with teams, builders, and inspectors Proven leadership and organizational skills
