Job Description
About the Role We're seeking a seasoned Senior Superintendent to lead our most complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You'll set the standard for site execution—managing subcontractors, coordinating with project managers, owners, and design teams, and providing the field leadership that keeps projects safe, on time, on budget, and at the highest quality. What You'll Do Mentor Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents, delegating effectively while supporting their growth and professional development Lead pre-construction planning, including review of plans, specs, soils reports, addendums, and development of site logistics plans Conduct first-day safety orientations and weekly safety stand-downs in coordination with our safety partner Run daily site walks, subcontractor coordination meetings, and material verification to keep work on track Oversee QA/QC through submittal review, panel book and steel coordination, lab coordination, and detailed daily reporting with photos Conduct weekly SWPPP and safety inspections and produce weekly safety observation reports Develop 3-week look-ahead schedules and sequence subcontractors to maintain project flow Coordinate steel deliveries, panel erection, third-party surveys, and service provider start-ups Lead site prep activities, including soils review, building pad preparation, foundation review, and panel pour coverage Maintain clear communication with project managers, owners, and design teams throughout the project What You'll Bring 8-10+ years of experience in ground-up construction supervision Degree in Construction Science/Management/Engineering is preferred, not required Proven track record running complex projects as a lead superintendent Deep knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and safety standards Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in construction management software and tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Commitment to safety and compliance standards Why Join Us This is a leadership role with real ownership.
