Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent with prior hands-on tool and field experience to oversee daily jobsite operations for projects ranging from ground-up construction to interior finish work. The ideal candidate will have a strong construction background and the ability to manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure work is completed safely and according to project specifications. This role requires a practical understanding of construction methods and the ability to actively support field operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily construction activities from ground-up construction through final interior finishes Supervise subcontractors, crews, and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and productivity Coordinate project schedules, deliveries, inspections, and subcontractor work Ensure all work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and building codes Manage all phases of construction including site work, structural work, framing, MEP coordination, drywall, finishes, and final punch lists Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies Identify and resolve jobsite issues quickly to prevent delays Maintain communication with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients Conduct regular site walkthroughs to monitor progress and maintain quality control Assist with hands-on field work when necessary to support crews and maintain workflow Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient jobsite Must be willing to travel as required for project or company needs

Qualifications:

Prior hands-on construction and tool experience in the field Experience supervising projects involving ground-up construction and interior finish work Proven experience as a Construction Site Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Foreman Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and scheduling Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and building codes preferred Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and jobsite activities simultaneously Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
