Commercial Roofing Superintendent McAllen Roofing, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join our team in South Texas. We are looking for a strong field leader who understands commercial roofing, communicates professionally with General Contractors, building owners, project managers, and crews , and takes ownership of a project from mobilization through completion. This is a key position within our company. The Commercial Roofing Superintendent will be responsible for making sure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, according to project specifications, and to McAllen Roofing's quality standards. What You'll Do As Commercial Roofing Superintendent, you will oversee and coordinate multiple aspects of our commercial roofing projects, including: Coordinate directly with General Contractors, building owners, project managers, subcontractors, and other trades Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, manufacturer requirements, and project details before and during construction Manage field operations and ensure crews understand daily and weekly project objectives Keep projects on schedule and proactively address delays or coordination issues Monitor labor, materials, equipment, and production to help keep projects within budget Verify roofing installations meet project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and company quality standards Perform regular project inspections and identify deficiencies before they become larger problems Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, cranes, access, staging, and other project logistics Track job progress and communicate updates to company management Document field conditions, changes, delays, additional work, and project-related issues Coordinate with other trades to prevent conflicts and maintain project sequencing Help resolve field problems quickly and professionally Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites Ensure proper project closeout, punch-list completion, and final quality inspection What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, professional, and understands that a successful roofing project requires more than installation—it requires planning, communication, quality control, and cost awareness.

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience with TPO, PVC, insulation systems, sheet metal, flashings, roof coatings, and related commercial roofing details Ability to read construction drawings, roofing specifications, and project scopes Experience coordinating with General Contractors and other construction trades Strong understanding of jobsite scheduling and production Ability to identify workmanship and specification issues in the field Good communication and leadership skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to document project conditions and maintain accurate job records Basic understanding of project budgets, labor costs, and material usage Valid driver's license Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Apply through Indeed with your resume and a brief description of your commercial roofing and construction experience.
