Job Description Assist the Superintendent in managing daily construction site operations. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols. Monitor and report on project progress and address any challenges proactively. Support quality control efforts to meet project specifications and standards. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and team members. Manage site documentation and assist with project closeout activities. Help resolve on-site issues to keep the project moving efficiently. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: Experience with construction projects in the commercial, grocery or retail sector. 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial construction Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
